USES AND FEATURES
Pulse dust removal cylinder cleaning screen is an ideal equipment for grain cleaning and impurity removal when grain is purchased and stored. It is also an equipment for grain and oil processing industry to clean up before grain processing. Different screens can be replaced to clean up different grains. It can work in the open air under local climate and environmental conditions and under load. Continuous, stable and reliable removal of impurities in grain, suitable for wineries, starch mills, feed processing plants, wheat, corn, etc.
Product Principle
Pulse dust collector refers to removing dust attached to the filter medium (cloth or filter cartridge) by spraying compressed air. According to the size of the dust collector, there may be several groups of pulse valves, which are controlled by pulse controller or PLC. One group of pulse valves is opened at a time to remove dust from the part of cloth bags or filter cartridges it controls, while other cloth bags or filter cartridges work normally, and the next group of pulse valves is opened after a period of time, the next part of the cleaner is composed of ash hopper, upper box body, middle box body and lower box body. The upper, middle and lower boxes are divided into chambers. When working, dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet duct, coarse dust particles directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper, smoke particles enter the middle and lower boxes upward with the air flow turning, dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the filtered gas enters the upper box to the clean gas collecting pipe-exhaust duct, and then is discharged from the air outlet.
